
18 Mar No Bake Protein Bars
In this video, I show you how to make No-bake protein bars-vegan, oil-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Simple and easy! All made in the food processor.
Here is what you will need:
25 pitted dates
1 cup gluten-free oats
2 T Cocoa powder
2 T protein powder
2 T sugar-free PB2
2 T almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
2-4 T of warm water as needed.
Put all ingredients into the food processor and adding water one tablespoon at a time until the batter clumps together.
Press into an 8″ or 9″ pan lined with parchment paper. you can top with sunflower seeds. or shredded coconut. Be sure to score the bars before putting them into the freezer. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Once frozen place in an airtight container and keep in the freezer.
